Verified work history for contractors — and the companies that hire them.

Your client signs what you delivered. You keep it. The next client checks it in seconds. Free for professionals.

Not live yet. First pilots planned for early 2027.
Who it's for
1

Hiring an external expert?

See what they've actually done before you hire — and whether you really need someone that senior.

Try it on your next 10 hires 3 months · €5K · your real cases
What you get
What you get: a signed record for every contractor you already use; a second opinion on your next ten expert requests, in your own rates; a log of each decision your auditor can read. What it costs: €5K for three months. What we need: 45 minutes with the person who owns the budget. We work with banks, utilities, IT-services firms and public bodies in Czechia, Slovakia and Poland first.
2

Do contract or project work?

Get a signed record of every job. Yours, free, forever.

What you get
What you get: a record of each job, signed by the client, that you keep and show to whom you choose. What we never do: charge you, score you, or hand out work by algorithm. Later (2027–2028, after the permit): companies that have checked your record can hire you directly.
3

Still studying?

Earn proof of what you can do before you have a CV. Free, 18+.

Ladder is our third step, planned for 2028. Joining now shapes it.
What you get
What you get: challenges, levels, and a first real assignment — all signed into the same record professionals carry. What it costs you: nothing, ever. Under 18? Ask your school to register; we don't collect data from minors.
4

Run a university or training programme?

Give your students a verified first assignment — and a record employers can check.

Ladder is our third step, planned for 2028. Joining now shapes it.
What you get
What you get: a verified first assignment for your students and a credential employers can check; a say in how the challenges are built. What we ask: which programmes you run, whether you issue digital credentials today, and who owns the employability budget.
How it works

Three steps. No one has to take anyone's word for it.

  1. Your client signs what you delivered.
  2. The next company checks it in seconds — and sees whether the task needs a senior at all.
  3. Every decision is logged, so nobody has to take anyone's word for it.
Where this goes

Then: find each other directly.

Work should be easy to find and hard to fake. Later, companies and experts find each other directly, on records both sides can check. We never employ, allocate or rate anyone — before a job, nobody owes anyone an answer; after you say yes, both sides are accountable. Planned 2027–2028, after the employment-agency permit.

Why now

Four shifts. One window.

01

Companies are cutting what they spend on outside advice

UniCredit cut external-consultant spend 24% and Société Générale 9% in the first half of 2026; only 55% of clients plan to use the Big Four more, down from 80% a year earlier.1 The "do we need someone this senior?" conversation is already on CFO desks. What is missing is a way to have it request by request.

02

Fake candidate profiles are now a budget line

Gartner expects one in four candidate profiles to be fake by 2028; 41% of staffing buyers report already facing candidate fraud.2 A record signed by the client who received the work is a direct defence.

03

The standards for signed, portable records are final

The W3C Verifiable Credentials 2.0 standard became a Recommendation in May 2025 and the OpenID credential specifications are final;3 EU member states are to offer digital-identity wallets by 24 December 2026.4 The issuer software we plan to build on is open source.5

04

From 2 December 2027, hiring AI in the EU must keep a log

AI systems used in recruitment must keep automatic decision logs and human-oversight records, and affected people may ask for an explanation.6 We are building the log in from the first decision, thirteen months ahead of the obligation.

Questions

Clear answers. No hype.

What's live today?

Nothing yet. The concept, the technical design and the sector study exist; a proof-of-concept is planned for November 2026 to February 2027 on founder capital, and first pilots for early 2027. This page describes a plan, not a product you can use today.

Is this a job platform?

Not yet, and never a gig platform. First come the signed records and a second opinion before you hire. Later (2027–2028, after the employment-agency permit and a legal opinion on the Platform Work Bill), companies and experts can find each other directly on those records. We verify and bill the company; we don't employ, allocate, rate or penalise anyone.

What does it cost me?

Professionals and students: nothing, ever. Companies: €5K for a three-month pilot on your real cases; after that, a subscription we will price with the pilot companies. Universities and training providers: a licence agreed per programme.

What happens to my data?

JooLC Technology s.r.o. stores your answers in the EU, uses them only to contact you about TalentLedger and to count demand by segment and country, and deletes them 24 months after you join — or as soon as you write to privacy@joolc.com. No decision about you is made automatically. The full notice is at /privacy.

When will I hear from you?

A confirmation email now. Then one message when something changes for your segment — a pilot starting, a country opening — not a newsletter. Companies on the list get a call to arrange a 45-minute conversation with the person who owns the budget.

Who's behind this?

A Prague team that spent years buying, vetting and selling external expertise in banks and utilities — first names above. Full biographies, the plan and the team's disclosures are on the investor page, available on request.
